These terms cover the Avelian launcher and this website. They are deliberately short.

The launcher

Avelian is free to download and use. It is closed-source software: you may use it, but not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. You need your own Microsoft account and a valid Minecraft: Java Edition license, and your use of Minecraft remains governed by Mojang’s own terms.

Your data

All launcher data — Saved Servers, Active Accounts, skins, settings — lives on your device. We operate no accounts and collect no telemetry. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

No warranty

Avelian is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may update the launcher, these terms, or discontinue the service at any time.

Affiliation

Avelian is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.
